Free agent WR Tyreek Hill posted to his account on X that it’s “almost time to get off the couch and get to work.” 2026-09-28 12:00:02 Hill’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said earlier this month that the 32-year-old receiver was advised to postpone his return until “perhaps some time in October.” That makes Hill’s timing for his post a bit more interesting, as there could be a real chance he signs with a team in the coming weeks if he is able to pass a physical and prove he can contribute on the field. Given the injuries around the league, Hill could have a number of suitors if he’s fully recovered from the devastating knee injury he suffered last season, and could turn into a decent fantasy option in the second half of the season. |

In May, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Hill might not be ready to play until closer to the midway point of the season, and in July, Hill himself said he had “no power” in his left leg. The 32-year-old receiver suffered a dislocated knee, torn ACL and LCL, along with other ligament damage in Week 4 last season, and could be a long shot to play this season. Rosenhaus did say that Hill “looked great” in a video of him running hills the other day; we won’t have a good sense of where Hill stands in his recovery until he gets a chance to showcase his recovery on a football field. |
