Saints released RB Zamir White. 2026-08-30 15:00:02 White, who had 12 carries over six games for the Raiders in 2025, won’t be on the Saints’ 53-player roster to start the season, leaving Audric Estime and Devin Neal as the team’s third and fourth backfield options, respectively. White could land in another backfield in need of depth in the coming weeks. |

49ers signed Zamir White, formerly of the Raiders. 2026-08-12 17:00:02 White only appeared in six games for the Raiders last year. He logged a dozen carries for 32 yards. With Kaelon Black, Jordan James, Isaac Guerendo, and Christian McCaffrey all banged up, the 49ers desperately need another warm body as they head into their first preseason contest. White could even see some run versus the Titans tomorrow, though he is still a long-shot to make the 53-man roster at the end of camp. |

Zamir White worked out with the Cowboys. 2026-06-16 13:00:03 ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler said the Cowboys are “exploring running back help” ahead of the summer as the team looks to add to a relatively talent-bare backfield led by Javonte Williams. White impressed with his physique but was one of the worst running backs in football in 2024 before being phased out of the Raiders offense in 2025. Even if he signs with Dallas, White, 26, will have little chance to make the team or see consistent usage in what should be a pass-heavy Cowboys offense in 2026. |

Zamir White worked out for the Dolphins. 2026-05-28 14:00:02 The free agent running back finished his rookie contract with the Raiders in 2025. He only appeared in six games and logged just 12 carries. With Dolphins UDFA Le’Veon Moss retiring from football, the team could need an extra body for training camp. White would fill that role, though ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler notes he is expected to work out for other teams in the coming weeks. |
